Notes: I reevaluated My Fitness Pal goals and changed them. I was going over by just a little bit every day to be on track to loose 1.5-2.0 lbs. per week. I wasn't going over by much, but always being over stressed me out and I felt defeated. Remember part of this is a mental exercise too, so that is what I am reminding myself. My new goal is to lose 1 lb. per week and that gave me an extra allowance in calories per day which I find more manageable and have been able to stay under.. I also managed to accomplish 7 days without pop!!! This is huge for me!!! I hope to keep the streak alive this week too.
Goal Date: 10/15/12 - my 7 year wedding anniversary
Goal Weight: 19 pounds from where I am now, aka the weight I was when I said "I Do"
